I think this may just be the most frustrating customer service experience I’ve ever had. I have absolutely no idea why I still deal with thefancy.com.

EDIT: I spoke with customer service after this and had an even more frustrating experience with customer service. I canceled my subscription and am resolved to never give these people another dime.
